Monday, February 23, 2009 from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (GMT)
Success, Risk and Reward NESTA, together with Demos, Arts & Business and the Cultural Leadership Programme have run two workshops exploring whether there are special qualities developed by creative and cultural organisations which other sectors can learn from.
We are inviting a select group of individuals to join us on Monday 23 February 2009 for the third and final of our informal workshops focussed on the theme of Success, Risk and Reward. The workshop will explore some of the perceptions around success and reward. What does ‘reward’ mean to an employee today, how do consumers’ needs for personalisation and variety of choice affect our responses to risk and how do we better understand failure as an essential learning tool in creativity and innovation? There will be case study presentations around organisational models in and outside the cultural sector, followed by a facilitated discussion in which attendees will be encouraged to explore the spillovers between sectors.
